The Permeable City Project is located in Rothneusiedl, which lies on the southern border of Vienna. This area is currently an undiscovered farmland, and our project aims to preserve it while minimizing harm to the soil.

Our goal is to create a high-efficiency transportation system, with a central axis connecting the residential area and major highways directly. To achieve this, we have identified five blocks within the site that will be developed.

Overall, the Permeable City Project seeks to strike a balance between urban development and ecological preservation, and we believe that our approach will contribute to the sustainable development of the area.
